‘In the Eye of the Storm’ to make comeback

Iranian series ‘In the Eye of the Storm’ has been scheduled to go on the playlist of iFilm English TV Channel.

Airing of the series, produced by Masoud Jafari-Jozani, Abbas Akbari, Habibollah Kasehsaz and Reza Ansarian, and directed by Jafari-Jozani, will start on September 30, 2025.

‘In the Eye of the Storm’ spans the period of history between the revolutionary movements began by Iran's national hero Mirza Koochak Khan in the early twentieth century, to the freedom of Khorramshahr during the eight-year war between Iran and Iraq in the 1980s.

The story is told through the trials and tribulations, love and relationships of one family.

The most notable on the cast list are Parsa Pirouzfar, Sima Tirandaz, Jahangir Almasi, Laleh Eskandari, Akbar Abdi, Mostafa Zamani, Sam Derakhshani, Gelareh Abbasi, Saeed Rad, Kambiz Dirbaz, Saeed Nikpour, Mohammad-Reza Hedayati, Houman Seyyedi, and Fakhreddin Seddiq-Sharif.

The long list of the cast goes on with Reza Shafiee-Jam, Arsalan Qasemi, Mahchehreh Khalili, Niyousha Zeighami, Mahmoud Pakniyyat, Shahram Qaedi, Farhad Besharati, Sahar Jafari-Jozani, Tannaz Tabatabaee, and Fariba Motekhasses.

‘In the Eye of the Storm’, produced in 2003-2008, is a replacement for 'Zero Degree Turn' to be broadcast daily at 18:00 GMT.
